I am a warm and supportive, BACP registered, integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor. Providing you with an inclusive space and valuing your individuality is at the heart of my practice. I'm here to support you to live authentically and find empowerment in your choices. I understand that it can take a lot of courage to reach out, and I offer a warm and compassionate space to explore what might be troubling you.
As a registered counsellor, I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I've worked with a diverse range of clients within both the NHS and private agencies.
I have supported clients struggling with:

- PTSD

- Abuse
- Feeling stuck or lost
I also have experience, and welcome, neurodivergent clients.
I am passionate about helping others and believe in the positive impact that counselling can bring to individuals. As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor my research-based approach includes person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, gestalt and existential theories which I use to customise and collaborate with your needs and experiences.
My therapy style is collaborative, creative and warm. Inclusion is an important aspect of my work and I aim to create and nurture a trusting space for you to explore, share and find the tools within yourself to overcome obstacles, discover your potential and personal growth.
I attend many relevant courses, seminars and conferences throughout the year (national and international), have regular Supervision and I am fully insured.

Long and short term therapy:
I provide counselling for adults 18+ and sessions can be open-ended or of a fixed duration.
Short-term therapy can help to deal with current issues and improve wellbeing in the midst of something that is affecting you at this moment. Longer-term therapy can provide on-going support and can work at a deeper level, with an exploration of one's history, relational dynamics and patterns of behaviour which can facilitate fundamental change within oneself. This is something we can discuss further and what suits you best.
Face to face counselling:
My office is based in Epsom and is a minute walk from Epsom train station, with plenty of pay-and-display parking close by. There are regular buses available too.
For online sessions:
I work on Zoom, but if you have a preferred platform such as MS Teams, that's absolutely fine, so long as we agree between us that the platform is appropriately secure and confidential. It's really important that you have a quiet, private space, preferably with good internet connection.
Fees:
My fee for a 50 minute session is £60. I have limited concessionary rates available for students and those on low income. Please contact me for further information.

My office is based in Epsom, Surrey.
Please contact me to see what spaces I have available and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. I may be able to offer evenings or weekends although these are limited.
